Privacy policy.

If you send an enquiry through this site we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to type into the form — company, budget range, timeline and your project description.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not collect anything from you simply for reading these pages.

Solely to reply to you and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver a project. That is the entire purpose.

The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted a business asking it to respond.

The people who work at K10 Creative, and the service providers who host our site and handle our email. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project records are retained for ten years to meet Turkish statutory accounting requirements, then deleted.

Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) — and the GDPR where it applies to you — you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it within thirty days.

Requests go to studio@k10creative.dev. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye.

This site keeps at most two preferences in your browser, and only once you set them: the light or dark theme, in local storage, and the language you chose with the language switch, in a first-party cookie so our server can send you pages in that language. Neither contains an identifier, and neither is used for anything else.

Switching language also leaves a short-lived note in session storage so the page does not replay its opening screen. It is removed as soon as the page has loaded.
