Terms of service.

You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. You may not reproduce the written case studies or visual work as your own, or present it as evidence of your own capability.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate, but nothing on it forms a binding offer.

Figures published on the services page are indicative ranges to help you plan. A binding price only exists once we have issued a written proposal and you have accepted it.

All prices exclude KDV or any local sales tax, and third-party costs such as licences, hosting and stock media.

Project work is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, milestones, payment schedule, confidentiality and liability. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.

Standard terms are fifty per cent on commencement and the balance on delivery, payable within fourteen days.

On final payment, all rights in the delivered work transfer to you — including source files and code. We retain the right to display the work publicly unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party components remain under their own licences, which we list at handover.

Our liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because we cannot and would not.

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have exclusive jurisdiction.
